Yogurt soju cocktail with lime and mint

I fell in love with this drink while I was in Montreal with my friends around 5 months ago. We went to a famous Korean bar downtown Montreal at night. We ordered food, dessert, and a crap ton of alcohol. From anything between beer, cocktails, shots, this is my favorite. I remembered having 4 shots of vodka with 3 glasses of yogurt soju. Talking, laughing with my closest friends in Montreal. Even when I was drunk out of mind that night, I still remember the taste of the cocktail. I always wanted to recreate this drink so here it is. And to make it even more delicious, I made a few tweaks. I added lime and mint to have a fresher taste. You can also add fruit or fruit juices like strawberries, peaches or raspberries. The sky’s the limit on this recipe. You can also add ice but don’t add too much or else the water will dilute the cocktail.

  • 6 ounces Asian yogurt drink (plain or flavored)
  • 6 ounces lemon-lime soda (Sprite or 7 Up)
  • 2 mint leaves

Mix everything in your cup. Chill before serving.
