Back to basics: Smoothie part 2

Since part 1 I only gave advice on how to make smoothies, I have some recipes that I make. Enjoy!

Tropical Energy Smoothie:

1 cup frozen peaches

1 cup frozen mangoes

1 Banana

1 cup orange Juice

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

1/4 teaspoon ginger

1 scoop protein powder

Crunchy Banana Chocolate smoothie:

1 cup bananas

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon cocoa powder

1 teaspoon honey

1/4 cup whole almond

Raspberry mango mint smoothie:

1/2 cup yogurt

1 banana

1 cup frozen mango

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1 teaspoon chia seed

1 teaspoon hemp hearts

1 teaspoon ground flax seed

2 dates

1 sprig of mint

1 cup orange juice

Almond butter and jelly smoothie

1 ½ cups Almond milk

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

2 tablespoons almond butter

Pumpkin spice smoothie

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 teaspoon chia seed

1 teaspoon hemp hearts

1 teaspoon ground flax seed

2 dates

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg
