I remembered cooking this back at my first year at culinary school. Since everyday I come I remember cooking this back during my first year at culinary school. Every time I come home late and I still want to have a healthy dinner, I would make this alongside some chicken wings that I would marinade a few days prior. I always love this recipe because it’s fast, simple but so delicious. Did I also mention that this recipe is also cheap? Yup! All you need are 6 ingredients and you got yourself a dish that is enough for a meal and maybe some leftovers!

3 garlic coves, chopped
1 pound of okra, trimmed and cut in half
1/2 peanuts or your favorite kind of nuts
